“Turkish Adana Kebab”
Kebabs of all kinds are common in Turkish and Middle Eastern
cuisines. This particular version is named after the city of Adana in Turkey,
Where it is said to have originated, and is traditionally made of minced lamb
mounted on a skewer and grilled over charcoal.

“Turkish Mutton Adana Kebab Platter”
Kebab generally refers to any dish of meat,
fish or vegetables, which are grilled, traditionally, the meat used to make
Turkish kebabs is lamb. But
variations in spiciness and additional ingredients such as minced onion and
garlic in the kebabs but commonly you’ll find varieties of kebab made with
eggplant, tomato, peppers and onion.
Soft, melt in your mouth Adana Kebabs and grilled vegetables served with a slide of fresh toum. Toum is an iconic Lebanese garlic aioli made with raw garlic and a neutral oil. It is similar to mayonnaise in colour and texture but, with a very pungent taste. A must try for all kebab lovers.
“Fattoush Salad”
Fattoush is a Middle Eastern salad made with lots of fresh vegetables and “day-old” pita. This herby, crunchy salad is named for the croutons in it. Fatt meaning “crushed”,for the pieces of seasoned dried bread. The tender leaves of little gems mixed in with the fresh parsley and mint.
Toss stale pita into a bowl of fresh vegetables, drizzle with olive oil and Ground sumac is an important ingredient in every fattoush, as it adds a bright tart flavour and beautiful colour. Bringing in all to the forefront!
